3 Bald Men – And the living strategy consists of the two brothers Johan and Jacob based in Copenhagen, Denmark with deep experience in strategy, people, story and film – We use visual storytelling to change behavior informed by our collective experience with companies like: Maersk, LEGO, Statsadvokaten, Novo Nordisk, DSV, Statsministeriet, GN Store Nord, - just to mention a few! 

We are a companion of House of Transference, a group of senior consultants specializing in leadership, change, and behavior in organizations.

Johan Frederik Krarup

Storyboarder & Visual Thinker

Johan is a philosopher-turned-illustrator, specialised in turning complex material into simple visual stories and live-drawn strategy journeys. He has more than 10 years experience working for large organisations, both private and in the public sector.

He makes your strategy visible – with humour, honesty and sharp lines.

Jacob Oliver Krarup

Producer & Story Architect

Jacob is a film producer and storyteller, working across films, series and animation. He knows how to build stories that move people – from first sketch to final cut. He has worked within the film industry for more than 20 years and has combined it with corporate communication for the past 10 years.

He brings a producer’s mindset to your strategy: pacing, rhythm, scenes, characters – and a clear sense of what it takes to “get it in the can”.
