Transitioning processes to digital platforms in a private Swedish company
Challenge:
Many of the company’s processes remain analog, and employees are deeply accustomed to traditional workflows. To meet societal demands and stay competitive, they needed to transition to digital platforms. But changing long-standing habits is never simple.
Sollution:
In collaboration with the company’s strategic team, we designed a series of workshop templates to empower employees to shape their own digital transformation. Employee engagement was key: without motivation, change simply doesn’t happen.
The real challenge isn’t going digital, it’s making digital habits stick. This requires the right conditions. Conditions like a supportive IT department, proper hardware, and accessible e-learning systems. In every project like this, we focus on making behavioral change fun, easy, and rewarding. Motivation is the driving force, without it, transformation fails.
