Implementing an e-learning focusing on changing behavior on Data security.
We partnered with a Danish ministry to make data security accessible and engaging for everyone.
Challenge:
In a public office, data security awareness is non-negotiable. Yet, the sheer volume of complex material can feel overwhelming for employees whose primary focus lies elsewhere - leading to disengagement and knowledge gaps.
Solution:
Together with the ministry’s communications team, we created a dynamic e-learning system featuring films and illustrated books. Our approach was simple: make it visually compelling, ensure words and imagery work in harmony, and rigorously test the material across diverse employee groups to guarantee clarity and impact.
To drive the message home, we introduced a memorable character: a spy representing the digital intruder. This character even made a life-size appearance at the ministry’s Christmas party as a playful reminder: never discuss sensitive work matters outside the office.
