Implementing GDPR behavior at a middle sized Danish city
Challenge:
New demands from EU legislation regarding GDPR required all organizations to adopt new behaviors to ensure compliance. However, most people struggled to understand the legislation and how to integrate it into their daily routines. (by the way - it is in Danish)
Solution:
In collaboration with the communications department, we developed a film that provided practical examples of how GDPR legislation could be incorporated into employees' everyday work. The film also explained— in clear, accessible language—why these changes were necessary. While we couldn’t expect everyone to follow every GDPR rule perfectly, these initiatives made it easier for employees to adopt more compliant behaviors and gave them the understanding to reflect on why and how they could work in a more GDPR-conscious way.
